The journeys are organised by SØSOUL, based at Anjeliersstraat 46-H, 1015 NH Amsterdam, The Netherlands. SØSOUL is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 73559725. This website is part of SØSOUL. Questions? hello@sosoul.nl.

Your spot is confirmed once your booking through the SØSOUL webshop is completed and paid. Circles have a limited number of spots and are assigned in order of payment. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

A journey is a series of evenings; the price applies to the whole series and missed evenings cannot be transferred or refunded individually. Your spot is personal but can, in consultation with us, be passed on to someone else.

What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Recordings, photos, or sharing what others share are not allowed.

The journeys are personal development and are not therapy, medical or psychological treatment, nor a replacement for professional care. You take part at your own responsibility. If you are currently in treatment or under care, please discuss it with your practitioner first and tell us what we should know.

If a circle doesn't go ahead, or an evening needs to be rescheduled, we offer an alternative date or a proportional refund. See our cancellation and refund policy.

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, SØSOUL's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. SØSOUL is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings. Dutch law applies to this agreement, and disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
