Cancellation & Refunds
Spots are limited and each circle is for a fixed group, so we ask you to book mindfully. Here's how cancellation works.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days after your booking to withdraw and receive a full refund, unless the journey has already started within that period. Let us know in writing via hello@sosoul.nl.
Cancelling your spot
More than 30 days before the first evening: full refund, minus any payment processing costs.
Between 30 and 14 days before the first evening: 50% refund, or a full credit towards a future circle.
Within 14 days of the first evening, or after the journey has started: no refund, since your spot has been reserved and the group is closed.
Transferring your spot
You may give your spot to someone else at any time, in consultation with us, as long as that person is a good fit for the circle. This is often the kindest option when life gets in the way.
Missed evenings
The price applies to the whole series. Missed evenings are not refunded, but we always share what was covered that evening, so you can rejoin the following one.
If SØSOUL cancels
If a circle doesn't go ahead, you'll receive a full refund or a spot in the next circle, whichever you prefer. If a single evening needs to be rescheduled, we'll plan a replacement date.
