Who we are

SØSOUL, Anjeliersstraat 46-H, 1015 NH Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This website (sosouljourney.com) is part of SØSOUL. Questions about privacy? Email hello@sosoul.nl.

What we collect

Browsing this page: you don't need to create an account and we don't ask for personal data just to read it. Our hosting provider does process basic data such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve and secure the site.

Booking a journey: your booking and payment go through the SØSOUL webshop (Shopify). There we process your name, email, contact details and order details, so we can confirm your spot, send practical information, and comply with our administrative obligations.

During a journey: what you share in the circle stays in the circle. We only keep the notes we need for your participation, and we never publish personal stories.

The legal basis for processing

To perform our agreement with you (your booking), to comply with legal obligations (such as tax record-keeping), and based on our legitimate interest in a safe, functioning website. We only send newsletters with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else sees your data

Our processors: our website host, the SØSOUL webshop and payment platform, and our email and administration providers. They only process data on our instructions. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and invoice data for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law. We delete other data once it's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and object to processing. Email hello@sosoul.nl and we'll respond within a month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
